Booking

Credit cards are required to secure any appointment.

All new clients must book consult time. If there is no consult booked, I will reach out to reschedule your appointment to accommodate enough time. This time is used to discuss hair goals for your service.

Extensions are not a one size fits all service so to ensure which method is best suited for you, consultations are required to book. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book for your extension application if you choose to move forward. 

Cancellation/Late Policy

Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less before scheduled appointment time will 50% of the missed appointment fee. Appointments canceled same day or no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. 

Please try to be on time, if you’re more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

Refunds

I do not issue refunds on services rendered, if you are unhappy with your service, please reach out within 7 days and I will adjust as needed.
